ShaanxiTechnicalCollege of Finance & Economicsis located in Xianyang, a city renowned for its rich cultural and historical heritage. The college isapproximately 25 kilometers from Xi'an (the provincial capital of Shaanxi), 11 kilometers from Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, and 4 kilometers from Xianyang West High-Speed Railway Station.ShaanxiTechnicalCollege of Finance & Economicsprimarily offers three-year diploma programs and currently enrolls over 17,000 students. II. Application Requirements

1.Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens, in good health, and with no criminal record.

2.Applicants must hold a high school diploma with outstanding academic performance and be under 35 years of age.

III. Application Period

1.Fall Intake (September): May 1 – July 1

2.Spring Intake (February): October 1 – December 1

IV. Application Materials (Submit Online)

1.Notarized high school diploma (or highest academic qualification) and academic transcripts.

2.Copy of theForeigner Physical Examination Form(applicants retain the original). The form must be issued by the Chinese health and quarantine authority, completed in English, and cover all required items. Incomplete forms, missing signatures of the attending physician, official hospital stamps, or unstamped photos will be invalid. The physical examination is valid for 6 months.

3.Copy of valid passport.

4.Non-criminal record certificate (valid for 6 months).

5.ID photo (digital version).

Note: All materials must be in English or Chinese. Documents in other languages must include a notarized English or Chinese translation.

V. Application Procedure

1.Submit all required materials online.

2.Successful applicants will receive anAdmission NoticeandVisa Application for Study in China (JW202 Form). Use these documents, along with your passport, to apply for an X1 visa at the Chinese embassy or consulate in your home country.

VI. Programs Offered

1.Diploma Programs

ShaanxiTechnicalCollege of Finance & Economicsoffers three-year higher vocational diploma programs (including Chinese language courses), culminating in a graduation certificate recognized by the Chinese government.

2.Chinese Language Program

A one-year program focusing on listening, speaking, reading, writing, and Chinese culture. A certificate of completion is awarded upon graduation. Graduates may apply for diploma programs atShaanxiTechnicalCollege of Finance & Economics.

VIII. Registration

1.Report toShaanxiTechnicalCollege of Finance & Economicsby the date specified in theAdmission Notice. Failure to register on time without prior approval will result in cancellation of admission.

2.During registration, submit originals of: passport, JW202 form, admission notice, high school diploma and notarized translations, high school transcripts, andForeigner Physical Examination Form.
