Leveraging the educational resources and management strengths ofShaanxiTechnicalCollege of Finance & Economics, theSchoolof Continuing Education and Vocational Skills Training (the School ofRural Revitalization) integrates high-quality faculty and project resources from both within and outside thecollegeto build a specialized resource repository. Focusing on four core areas—academic continuing education, non-academic continuing education, technical and skills training for in-service professionals, and farmer training for rural revitalization—the College actively fulfills the social service mission of vocational institutions. By deepening the integration of industry and education and aligning with the needs of local governments, enterprises, and public institutions, it is dedicated to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents, providing comprehensive talent support for regional economic development. Over the past year, the College has conducted over 20 sessions of vocational and professional skills training, benefiting more than 50,000 trainees. It has served over 150,000 candidates through various social services, while academic and non-academic continuing education programs have collectively trained more than 11,000 individuals. Looking ahead, theschoolwill continue to enhance its educational quality, expand its service scope, and contribute to rural revitalization and industrial upgrading, striving to become a benchmark platform for continuing education and vocational skills training in the region.
